Edwin Ngwafor
Edwin is a senior consultant with FA Capital. His work spans the full spectrum of corporate and commercial engagements, mainly in Central Africa. Edwin has been involved in a wide range of assignments concerning International Banking and Financial transactions, particularly in the financing of development projects. He brings support to deals in contract negotiations, structuring and handling financial arrangements, and conducting due diligence. He balances compliance by guiding relevant applicable laws and regulations (which are often cross-jurisdictional) and assists in mediating parties to reach mutually-satisfactory terms. Edwin pays specific interest to future capital market trends, which may influence the outcome of his assignments.
Edwin’s vast cultural awareness enables him to apply unique interpersonal and communication skills in dealing with a diverse range of clients unusually high net worth individuals by handling their most sensitive legal and business needs.
Edwin has previously held roles within the banking and finance sector in International Financial Institutions such as Lloyds Banking Group and National Australian Banking Group. He is currently an Assistant Lecturer at the University of Yaoundé II (SOA).
